I'm not Fat, I'm Big Boned

Man, has it been a while since I have updated this here blog. Damn, my goal to start something and stick to it sure isn't panning out here. Well, I did make a promise to myself about something though, and I have stuck to it -- and I am effin proud of myself. Since having Gavin, I have been on a mission to get my pre-pregnancy body back -- and then some. After my 6 week post partum check-up, I started working out here and there -just getting myself back in the game. I started back on Weight Watchers on Feb 1st. Today is May 26th -- and in that time frame, I have lost 30 pounds. Pretty impressed with my darn self I must say.
Just this week, I have upped my work outs to two a day -- alternating my running with home video work outs. Tracy Anderson is a bitch, I hate her -- but my ass and thighs will thank her later. I don't even have hateful enough words for Jillian Michaels and her sidekick Bob. But they know what I need better than I -- so I shall shut my pie hole -- literally -- well, guess it's not a pie hole anymore -- since my strict dieting measures disallow such garbage to enter my mouth (except on the occasional weekend).
Anywho -- just wanted to update you all on my progress. I don't really know who "YOU ALL" are -- because I am pretty sure no one reads this.
But if you do -- just remember, I am not fat, I am big boned. and losing this amount of weight has been HARD. Dieting is not, I repeat NOT my forte. I LIKE FOOD PEOPLE!!! But I like health and I like being a good example to my children. I like them to see me sweat for what I want to achieve. I want them to learn things don't come for free.
And as I keep losing, (yes, KEEP losing. I have 3 pounds to pre-pregnancy weight and then I'd like to lose at least another 30)... I will face this challenge like I face everything else in my life: one day at a time -- -- and know it won't happen overnight -- but nothing does (except of course, pregnancy -- but let's not even go there).
And please whatever you do -- don't tell me my butt looks big, unless I ask. Thanks.
